Padded Armrest Replacement Ikea Markus

Replacement padding for Ikea Markus chair armrest. It is designed to be printed with flexible TPU filament

I printed the threads in PLA, utilizing the chair's original screws

My settings for a 0.4 nozzle:

 - TPU 85A: 2 side walls, 4 top and bottom layers. Layer height 0.16. 15% gyroid infill. This creates a soft, cushioned effect that returns to its original shape when pressure is removed

Alternative if you cannot find 85A:

-TPU 95A: 2 side walls, 4 top and 3 bottom layers. Layer height 0.16. 5% gyroid infill. It is less soft than TPU 85A, but still cushioned and returns to shape

For the threaded inserts, solid PLA with the lowest possible layer height
