Thank you so much!!! If you want to support me for free, you could give me a BOOST!!

This is a front mudguard stabilizer for suspension forks, designed, installed, and tested on a 29-inch wheel. The clamp diameter is optimized for 38.5 mm fork stanchions.

The stabilizer keeps the mudguard firmly in place, prevents wobbling, and improves overall durability when riding on rough terrain.

Installation Steps

  • Loosely mount the clamps on the suspension fork together with the stabilizer
  • Align the stabilizer with your mudguard
  • Drill mounting holes in the mudguard
  • Adjust the final position of the stabilizer
  • Place double‑sided tape under the clamps for extra grip
  • Tighten all screws — I used additional M4 bolts for a stronger connection
