Boost Me (for free)

Thanks for checking out my Support-Free Therapy Roller! This design was optimized to print without supports, print quickly, and remain surprisingly strong using standard PLA settings. If you found it useful, a Boost helps support future designs, testing, and free releases. Happy printing!

Why this version?

Strength & Material Notes:

One of the biggest surprises during testing was how strong this design is using standard PLA settings and typical infill percentages. The shape naturally distributes load through the body of the roller, allowing it to support significant weight without requiring extreme print settings.

For most users, standard PLA with normal infill is more than sufficient and provides a fast, economical print.

Recommended Materials:
• PLA – easiest and fastest option
• PETG – improved toughness and heat resistance
• ASA / ABS – best for higher temperature environments and long-term durability

Print Features:
• Support-Free Design
• Minimal Post Processing
• Beginner Friendly
• Fast Print
• Strong Geometry

If you print one, I'd love to see your make and hear what areas you're using it on.
