Printing Requirements

Set a pause at layer 125, then resume printing after inserting 4 M3 nuts into the slide block of the stage

Installation Steps

Insert M3 nuts into the printed slide nuts, a total of 14 sets are needed

 

Use 10 M3*8 bolts to mount the linear guides on the 2060 profile, and use 4 M3*12 bolts to mount the lead screw bracket on the 2060 profile Do not tighten all bolts yet

 

Prepare the slider shims

 

Secure the lead screw flange to the slide block with 4 M3*30 screws
