Description

This number ring is perfect for replacing damaged, missing, or just generally disliked numbers on standard steel tip dartboards (roughly 450 mm diameter). It features all horizontal numbers similar to those offered on the Unicorn Eclipse Ultra-Visible Horizontal Number Ring or Bullet Custom Number Ring.  I've never liked how the numbers turn sideways on the sides of the board, so I decided to do something about it!

The number ring prints in 4 sections on 2 plates due to the its size and orientation limitations.  It easily snaps together using puzzle-like tabs.  As a bonus, any individual section that gets damaged can quickly be removed and replaced without having to reprint the whole ring.  All numbers are raised slightly to ensure easy visibility.

Please leave a like and/or comment! This is my first uploaded model to MakerWorld, so I appreciate any feedback.

Update #1: Please note, I modeled this number ring off of measurements for my Target TOR dartboard.  If you have a different dartboard, you may need to scale the height (z-axis dimension) to the appropriate thickness to fit your dartboard's clips.  If you'd get measurements for your dartboard that work, please let me know and I'll add dartboard specific print profiles to this page.

Great number ring. Printed perfectly. Only issue is its a little too thick to fit into the ring clips on my board but that could be easily fixed by thinning the black part of the ring if I print it again. As it is it fits fine around the clips so no rush for a reprint. The always right-way up numbers look great.

Thanks for the boost! Glad it worked well for you. I never knew that clips on boards from different companies are different distances away from the sisal. I may have to do some research to see what those differences are since I used my Target TOR as the reference. It would be easy enough to make the changes in my CAD model and upload different print profiles for different popular boards.
