Bill of Materials
Description
For those who have spent hours perfecting parry timing on the CPS3, this bust is a tribute to the unique fluidity and style of the saga's most iconic chapter. It's not just a piece of plastic, it's a piece of 2D fighting game history, dedicated to those who know that Third Strike is not just a game, but an art form.
The model captures the intensity and muscular design typical of the original sprite-work, perfect for standing out on your desk or next to your arcade stick.
🛠️ Print Tips (Tech Specs)
As this is a model with defined details and dynamic poses, here's how to achieve a Perfect result:
- Pay Attention to Supports: The design is faithful to the original, which means areas like the chin are particularly delicate. Make sure to position supports well in that area to prevent collapses or imperfections in the under-chin.
- Maximum Stability (Brim): To ensure that the part and its supports do not detach during fast printhead movements (especially on CoreXY printers), I strongly recommend setting a Brim of 5mm.
- Why? This significantly increases the anchoring surface of both the bust and the support structure, avoiding unpleasant surprises halfway through printing.
- Infill: 6-8% in lines or gyroid is more than enough to provide adequate solidity without wasting material.
Note for true enthusiasts: If you grew up shaking joysticks and still dream of the music from the Jazzy NYC stage, this piece is for you. Load up the filament and show your fighting spirit!
