ATUVOS Tag is a valid and economical alternative to Apple AirTags.

Since there wasn't a support designed to hide the ATUVOS Tag on a bicycle on the main 3D printing portals, I decided to design one from scratch.

The design is intentionally simple and effective: the support consists of 2 shells that are quick and easy to print, fitting together perfectly to enclose the tracker inside.

The 5mm hole spacing is 63mm, the standard size used by most bicycles for bottle cages, so the support is compatible with almost all frames.

Printing takes approximately 35 minutes.
Once completed, simply insert the tag inside and close the two shells with light pressure. The interlocking fit is intentionally very precise to offer the best possible protection against dust and water.

For assembly, I recommend using 2 M5x30 stainless steel screws.

If you liked the project, post a photo of your bike and leave a like: I would really enjoy seeing your setups!
