This design uses a separate logo plate, allowing you to print the detailed front piece independently from the baseball. The result? Faster print times, cleaner color changes, and less wasted filament compared to printing everything as one piece.

🧩 How It’s Built
- Baseball body prints as a single, clean piece
- Front logo plate prints separately
- Plate attaches with a press fit or glue (your choice)

For a contrasting stitches for the seams there is a pre-painted version you can use to customize the colors to match your favorite teams colors.

⚙️ Print Tip (Worth It)
Using adaptive layer height on the logo plate will make curved areas noticeably smoother and improve the overall look of the design.
- A basic adaptive layer height profile is already applied
- You can increase it further if you want an even smoother finish
- Keep in mind: higher smoothing = slightly longer print time

- Flat, bold geometry for clean printing
- Designed to reduce color bleed and print issues
- Works great with PLA, PETG, and similar materials
