1.8" 44pin IDE to Compact Flash Adapter CF

Uses the common 44 pin CF adapter typically used with 2.5" adapters, I did a quick modification of rwingnut's model in tinkercad to work with the uncommon 1.8" IDE drives. It holds in place, I used a little double-sided tape as well. I printed on my P1S using tree (auto) support for less cleanup. I left in one of the original sets of screw holes, the 1.8" drives use the outermost sets. Used successfully in my Vaio PCG-TR3A
