Zyxel VMG-8623 Wall Mount

This model is based on the original design (Thingiverse Thing 6264884) and has been specially adapted for use with the Zyxel VMG-8623.

The changes include:

• Scaling of the base model for a better fit
• Adjustment of the drill holes for compatible and stable mounting
• Optimization for practical everyday use

The aim of this modification was to provide a precisely fitting and easy-to-mount solution for the Zyxel VMG-8623, without additional post-processing.

Important Note on Assembly
Due to its design, the mount fits quite tightly. It is recommended to attach and detach the wall mount with the router 3–4 times before final assembly. This allows the material to adapt slightly and makes subsequent use significantly easier.

Bill of Materials

• 2x screws for wall mounting (e.g., wood screws or M4, depending on the wall)
• 2x suitable wall plugs (depending on wall material, e.g., concrete, brick, plasterboard)

Optional

• Washers for better grip (depending on screw head)

• Recommended Material: PLA or PETG
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm
• Wall Lines: 3
• Outer Wall Speed: 160 mm/s
• Support Structure: enabled (critical areas only)

General Printing Notes

• PLA or PETG suitable
• Infill: approx. 15–25% sufficient
