Bill of Materials
- Ligth wood color filament x 1:
Description
In Denmark we have a cartoon character Rasmus Klump and his friends. One of the friends is Captain Beard (Kaptajn Skæg) who has his good ship “Mary”. The friends travels a lot on the vessel Mary and experiences a lot of fun adventures! At the end of each adventure, they always return to Rasmus Klumps mother for a bunch of pancakes!
Note:
The pieces fits very tight! You might need a sharp knife to skrape some edges and corners to make them fit together!
Make sure the pieces fits before glueing them.
The material list does not contain the deck filament as it is not an original Bambu filament!
Assembly:
Print all pieces.
I recommend assembling all items on the deck - except for the rudder before gluing the deck to the hull.
The ship name Mary should be glued to the vessel. The name is also debossed into the hull. The letters are not supposed to fit into the hull - they do “stick out” - embossed.
The chimney, the ladder and the steering wheel are glued at the approximate positions - there are not markings.
The white rails on top of the deck house are glued on top of the corners. Make sure to make space to the ladder on the port (left) side.
When printing the windows, there is a lot of support below the frame that must be removed! The windows are supposed to be pressed into the walls from the outside!
The rope going from the rudder to the mast and to the deckhouse is just a piece of filament glued to the ship below deck (this is one reason why you want to add all items to the deck before mounting the deck to the hull!)
The doors are not to be opened! Make sure to put the hinges on the outside but the extra “frame” of the door on the inside. Glue the frame to the wall on the inside.
The rudder is just put into the larger hole on the stern. Make sure to remove all support! You might want to scrape it a bit more to make it fit the in hole. Do not glue it - then you can steer the ship :-)
