This fully parametric DIN rail mount is designed to offer a secure, highly adaptable mounting solution for your custom electronics, PCBs, or project enclosures. Whether you are organizing a control panel, a homelab, or setting up a custom rig, this bracket provides a professional-grade foundation.

Key Features:

  • Fully Parametric: The design is completely parametric, giving you the flexibility to adjust the dimensions to perfectly suit your specific project needs.
  • Versatile Component Mounting: Features two dedicated mounting holes on the top surface. You can easily print a pair (or more) of these mounts to reliably support and anchor PCBs, custom 3D printed boxes, or bulkier components side-by-side.
  • Threaded Insert Ready: The mounting holes are optimized to accept heat-set threaded inserts. This allows for strong, reusable, and secure machine screw attachments, ensuring your electronics stay exactly where you put them.
  • Reliable DIN Rail Grip: The engineered profile ensures a tight and secure snap-fit onto standard DIN rails.

Material Requirements:

  • PETG Minimum: Due to the mechanical tension required to grip the DIN rail and the need for slight flexibility during installation, PETG is the minimum recommended material. Using standard PLA is not advised, as it may be too brittle to snap onto the rail or could deform over time under constant stress.
