TPU FEED ASSIST MODULE MOUNT FOR H2 AMS FLIPPER

Introducing my TPU Feeder Mount for the H2D / H2S / H2C Simple AMS Flipper. This allows you to mount the TPU Feed Module onto the AMS Flipper mount and use both simulataneously. The AMS can be flipped back up, while the TPU Feeder Module is in use and in place.

My Design replaces the existing Tilt stopper on the back left of the printer, with my TPU Feed Module Mount. Simply remove the existing part and install my replacement.

I printed my original flipper in ABS - GF wih the ABS +0.5% Scaling profile, and then I printed my TPU Feeder Mount in PETG-CF. I didn't have any issues with  the fit. I've uploaded a PETG profile and ABS Profile to match.

• 06 April 2026 6:45pm AEDT: V5 Very slightly clashes when the AMS is folded back. Its only by a few mm so it likely isn't a problem and doesn't seem to impact the TPU feeder. This could easily be fixed with a tiny little 4mm high spacer glued to the backstop section. Alas, I have updated and fixed this for V6. Image attached of the minor issue (Slight Clash between lid and TPU Feeder Body) I fixed it with a felt sticker I had laying around
