Air Purifier Filter Inner Liner - Formaldehyde Removal Solution
Print Profile(1)

Description
This model is a formaldehyde removal solution designed for cylindrical HEPA filters, which can be filled with potassium permanganate spheres with a diameter of 5mm or more for formaldehyde removal
It features a spiral inner core support structure, divided into two sections, upper and lower, with a total height of 291 mm when assembled, capable of fully penetrating the filter's inner cavity to provide structural support and airflow guidance for the filtration system
The main body of the model is a spirally twisted band. There are circular porous end caps at the top and bottom, densely covered with uniform circular holes. These not only ensure free airflow but also provide a stable mounting base for the spiral body
Advantages include
- Higher filtration efficiency — In traditional direct-through inner cores, airflow passes directly through the filter along the shortest path, resulting in extremely short filtration time. This spiral structure extends the contact path, significantly increasing the probability of inertial collision and retention
- More reasonable pressure drop — Even distribution avoids local blockage, making the overall machine's airflow resistance more stable
- Longer filter life — Full utilization of filter media prevents premature localized failure
- Terminal re-filtration — A layer of non-woven fabric can be added to the top to eliminate the risk of powdered potassium permanganate spheres entering the air
