Replacement side fitting for Braal kitchen drawers
This model is a replacement part for a Braal kitchen drawer MEPLA fitting with part numbers:

• 538.008.37.0139
• 538.008.37.0239

It was reverse engineered in OpenSCAD based on the original part. It is not a perfect 1:1 reproduction, but it works and can be used as a functional replacement for damaged or broken drawer fittings.

This part is intended to help repair existing drawers without replacing the full drawer system.

• Repair damaged Braal kitchen drawers
• Replace broken or worn side fittings
• Extend the life of existing kitchen furniture

This model is a reverse engineered replacement and may differ slightly from the original. Please compare it with your existing part before printing and installing.

Printing notes
This model can be a bit finicky to print depending on orientation.

You can print it in two main orientations:

• Wood connectors facing downward
• Wood connectors facing to the side

Both orientations have their pros and cons depending on your printer, support settings, and the strength you want in specific areas. You may need to test which one works better for your setup.

Recommended materials

• PETG
• ABS
• ASA

PLA may work for testing, but for a functional drawer part a tougher material is recommended, although since I did not have the rest, i used PLA and will be updating this listing if it does not work out :D.
