  • TPU Feed Assist Module x 1:

Description

A precisely engineered 90º corner mount for the H2D/H2C/H2S series with stealthy cable management inside the mount , designed to guide the filament smoothly around a 90°  turn with an optimized bend for printing of high-flow TPU materials.

Since this model creates  more space between the TPU Assist Module and the inlet of the filament buffer,

there is now space to add a        4 in 1 adapter      to eliminate the need of disconnection and reconnection after swithing filaments..

                                                                                                                                                                  TPU PORT         BUFFER PORT

After testing this was the result i had if the filament got in the extruder :  TPU  95 A          yes                        yes

                                                                                                                                              TPU  90 A         yes                        yes

TPE   83 A          no                        yes after a bit of waiting and full power..

CONCLUSION : it does not matter much to not feed through the TPU port except no more disconnecting of the rear tubes when the buffer is used..  ;)

This Mount ensures consistent filament feed by being accessable from the front or top for an AMS HT or spooler for example .

It's carefully contoured pathway follows the outline of the printer to fit snug and strong, with the module mounted on the side for easy cleaner prints, improved layer adhesion, and reduced risk of clogging.

Ideal for advanced 3D printing setups, this solution enhances reliability and performance when working with demanding, high-flow TPU applications and creates easy accessibility ..

It is recommended to pre bend the filament tube for the 4in1 adapter a bit for smooth transition of the filament through the adapter .

Print time is about 5 hours with high flow nozzles and PETG-HF combo with PLA taking 121 grams for the model and 10 grams only for tree supports.

An extra holder to slide the mount on is added which is mounted on the back with 2 screws.  The TPU Feed Assist Module Bracket 90 ° H2D/C/S slides on this holder and is secured with a extra screw on the back .

The screws used are ST3-12 which are also supplied with the external spool holder.. https://eu.store.bambulab.com/nl/products/spool-holder-and-its-bracket

or regular m3 type which should work according to bambu :

The cable is guided through it's Stealthy channel on the inside of the mount and comes out at the back but could also be connected in a AMS PRO/HT with the supplied adapter from the kit. ;)

A simple removal tool for removing the cable from the rear of the printer will arrive shortly..

plans are to create organising clips for the excess of cable at the back …

*26/3/26 adjusted the radius of the corner to fit the printer profile better ..
