Description
I love the Quail and Chick Water Feeder by camilabebeagua, it has been so helpful to me with breeding and raising my quail but I needed something to keep the pine shavings from getting into the water feeder and cardboard or a plate just wasn't cutting it. They would poop all over it and make a mess within minutes of cleaning it and changing the water. I made this riser that holds the feeder in place and sits 30mm higher so it still works great for my quail chicks. My chicks are all 1-5 weeks old so I haven't tested it on anything younger but I usually keep them on paper towels for a week anyway.
If a larger size is needed, just leave a comment and I'll make it but this 30mm seems to be working fine for my use.
