LinksLabs3D Lightweight insert for plate Carrier

Ever wanted the “yeah bro I’m running plates” look… without actually hauling around 8–10 pounds of ceramic and questioning your life choices halfway through the day?

This medium-sized 3D printed plate carrier insert is designed to give your carrier that proper filled-out tactical shape while keeping things lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for cosplay, airsoft, training kits, or just achieving peak operator aesthetic without the chiropractor bill.

This model prints in two pieces that slide together easily for a snug, secure fit, making it much easier to print on most standard printers. Once assembled, it forms a solid plate insert that sits nicely inside most plate carriers.

The octagonal print finish gives it that extra visual pizzazz, especially when printed with dual-color or silk filament. If you’re running plain PLA, it still looks clean and tactical.
