What is this?
This is a clip-on spacer/pocket that fixes the #1 frustration with the ATinyDesk aluminum can crusher: the ram stroke is too short to fully crush a standard 12oz can on its own. Rather than modifying the tool or applying awkward pressure, this adapter spaces the can forward into a secure pocket so the base end of the can is captured and held fixed — eliminating the spinning, pivoting, and wandering that kills a clean crush.

How it works
The spacer clips directly over the existing ram — no tools, no hardware, no permanent modifications. Drop your can into the pocket with the drink opening and pull tab facing out (the face of the tool shows the correct orientation so there's no guessing). The captured base keeps the can locked in place through the full stroke.

Why it matters
Without it, the short stroke means you're doing half the work by hand and fighting the can the whole time. With the spacer seated, the crusher actually finishes the job — one clean stroke, can stays put, done.
