Description
This flower-shaped magnetic curtain tie-back is a decorative and functional accessory to keep curtains tidy and add an elegant touch to your window.
The model was designed to be printed without AMS, so each part can be printed separately even with a single extruder printer.
The various parts are glued together, while two magnets are inserted into the ends, allowing the tie-back to easily close around the curtain.
The flower acts as the central decorative element, while the two magnetic ends hold the curtain gathered.
It's a simple project to print and perfect for:
- living room
- bedroom
- kitchen
- study
Model Parts
The model consists of several parts:
- front flower
- flower center
connecting stem and two end pieces for the magnets
Required Materials
For assembly, you will need:
- 2 magnets
Assembly
- Print all parts of the model.
- Glue the flower center onto the main flower.
- Glue the stem behind the flower.
- Check the polarity of the magnets before gluing them, so they attract.
- Insert and glue the magnets into the two end pieces.
Once assembled, the curtain tie-back can be placed around the curtain, and the magnets will hold the two ends together.

- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 10–15%
- Supports: not needed
- Recommended material: PLA
- Brim: optional
