Description

Hey guys, i made this coin sorter for danish coins because i needed something to clean up my desk. it fits all our coins: 50 øre, 1, 2, 5, 10 and 20 kr. i also added a hole in the middle so you can put your pens or tools in there too.

i didn't add any text labels because honestly you can see the coins through the side cutouts anyway, so its easier to just look at them. it looks cleaner this way too.

Print Settings (Use my profile!)

i spent some time tweaking the settings on my A1 to make this print fast but still be super strong.

  • line width: i set it to 0.6mm (with the 0.4 nozzle). it saves a ton of time and makes the walls really solid.
  • bottom layers: i put 6 layers on the bottom. it gives it some nice weight so it doesnt slide around when you drop coins in.
  • no supports: you dont need any supports for this one, just print it as it is.

  • time: about 2 hours and 28 minutes.
  • filament: uses around 100g of PLA (PETG is completely viable as well).

I hope you like it! let me know if it works for you.
