Description

This is a replacement for the rubber contactor used for the kick and hi hat cymbol for the Roland HD-1 FD-8 TD-1 TD4 TD9 TD11 TD15 TD17.

I printed in TPU 95A.  I believe softer TPU could be used for different sensitivity.  TPU 95A yields a slightly stiffer than rubber feel and takes more effort to trigger louder sounds.  This may be desirable for drummers with “lead” feet.

This model could be used to create a silicon mould.  The stock rubber contactor has a tendency to dry out over time, or in my case, melt in the attic!

If you kick enclosure has broken screw supports, see my kick enclosure model, https://makerworld.com/en/models/2403943-roland-kick-replacement-casing-for-hd-1?from=search#profileId-2635104
