Description
Folding Ruler Stop
A minimalist, 3D-printable stop block (slider) designed for standard folding rulers (approx. 16-17 mm wide, such as Stabila). Perfect for repetitive marking, transferring measurements, or using your ruler as a marking gauge.
Key Features:
- Precision: Quickly lock the dimension to ensure consistent measurements.
- Minimalist Design: Two-piece construction consisting of the main body and a knurled tension screw.
- Ergonomics: The large, knurled knob provides a solid grip for easy adjustments, even with gloves on.
- Print-Ready: Optimized geometry for smooth thread operation and durability.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: PETG or Tough PLA (recommended for thread longevity).
- Layer Height: 0.16 mm - 0.20 mm.
- Infill: 25%+ (Gyroid for better structural integrity).
- Wall Loops: 3-4 (essential for strengthening the internal threads).
