Rugged Stackable Fastener Boxes

These rugged, stackable storage boxes are designed to organize screws, nuts, bolts, nails, and other small hardware in a clean, modular way. Built for workshop use, each box features a hinged lid, a durable body, and a positive stacking interface that keeps multiple boxes securely aligned.

The system includes three sizes with identical footprints, allowing them to stack neatly regardless of height. Each size is available in two versions: with or without a separate printable label, so you can customize your organization style.

Box Sizes

• Small: 95 × 46 × 75 mm (W × H × D)
• Medium: 95 × 81 × 75 mm (W × H × D)
• Large: 95 × 131 × 75 mm (W × H × D)

Assembly

The lid is attached using a simple printed hinge system.
To secure the lid, insert a short piece of 1.75 mm filament through the hinge — no screws or additional hardware required.

• Seam position: Back
• Walls: 3
• Infill pattern: Gyroid (sparse)
• X-Y Hole Compensation: +0.1 mm
• X-Y Contour Compensation: -0.1 mm

  • Normal (Snug) Supports
  • Use a support interface made of the opposite material for best surface quality:
    • PETG interface when printing the box in PLA
    • PLA interface when printing the box in PETG

  This ensures a smooth bottom surface, especially around the stacking indentation on the base.
