Freebox Ultra Wall Mount
Print Profile(1)

Description
Wall mount for Freebox Ultra.
My very first contribution, entirely made in Bambu Studio.
I couldn't find what I was looking for among the models available online.
To increase resistance to bending and shearing forces on the fasteners, during printing I increased the nozzle temperature to 255°, the bed to 80°, and used a layer width of 0.48 to 0.52 to maximize fusion between layers. I have not tested with standard profiles.
And to slightly reduce the load, the small right-angle tabs at the bottom of the mount support the rubber feet of the Freebox Ultra.
I printed it in PETG-HF Bambulab, in 35 minutes, using less than 20g of filament.
I chose to mount the box with the connectors facing downwards. I haven't tested it the other way, but since the Freebox Ultra's design is symmetrical, I believe there won't be any issues
