Description

I wanted a way to secure the 48in carbon fiber extension pole to my 2025 KLX230S, but still maintain ease of removal and no zip ties. The lower portion of the pole is attached to the right fork using the large GoPro clamp accessory. This print just provides security for the upper section so it isn't flopping around. It gets bolted to the upper triple using the existing threaded spot for the headlight frame. You will need an M6x25 bolt, preferable internal hex, to install this in that spot. This may work for the KLX230R as well, but I don't have one around to verify.

If you prefer the added peace of mind of it not moving, I used an M3x25 pan-head phillips bolt with a small flat washer and a wingnut. You don't need to crank it down, just get it snug.
