Simple A1 enclosure, 20 yuan cost

A minimalist A1 enclosure solution with internal dimensions of 62x62x62cm. It features a door and PTFE tube fixation for easy use of AMS lite or AMS outside the enclosure

This model provides T-connectors and other connecting parts, PTFE tube fixing brackets, as well as clips for securing the plastic sheet

**Required materials:**

1) 5mm steel rods, 0.6 meters long, 13-18 pieces (20 pieces cost about 12-13 yuan). A simple enclosure only requires 12 rods to form a cube frame, plus 1 rod for the door. If you want it sturdier, you can add a few more; I used 18 rods

2) Plastic sheet, 1.5m x 2.5m, 0.05mm thick (about 6.5 yuan). Fold along the shorter side and cut into two pieces, each about 0.75 meters wide

**Model printing notes:**

Although my assembly went smoothly, material dimensions from different suppliers may vary. To improve assembly success, it is recommended to print 1-2 pieces of each component first and test fit them with the steel rods. If the dimensions are not suitable, you can scale the model appropriately

**Assembly method:**

1) First, use 12 steel rods to build the frame. Two additional vertical rods can be added to the front to improve sealing. If using PTFE tube fixing brackets, thread them on beforehand

2) Enclose the two sides and the back with the plastic film, securing it with plastic clips

3) Install the top and front plastic film. Attach a horizontal steel rod at the very bottom of the door front to tension the plastic film, securing it with clips

4) Appropriately secure the plastic film with tape
