Tiny-B210 case
Print Profile(1)

Description
I got a tiny USRP B210 clone from china, but the included “case” was basically just some shielding/protection for the electronics and had no mounting points for SMA connectors, so I designed this little enclosure to fit the radio with its antennas.
Unfortunately on-board LEDs can't be seen using this case, but that didn't really matter to me.
Edit: Updated version. Case is a tiny bit wider, lid has some holes for airflow and can be screwed on, connectors are now labeled.
Should be printed with a rather heat-resistant material (e.g. ABS) since the radio can get quite hot.
Assembly requires four additional M2 screws, 9mm seems to be the ideal length (they are easy to cut with some side cutters). If you want to screw on the lid instead of relying on a snap-fit you'll also need four M2x4mmx3.2mm heat inserts.
Assembly:
- (Optional) Insert heat inserts
- Screw in SMA connectors
- Remove screws from original TinyB210 heat sink
- Place TinyB210 into the case, try to keep the heat sink aligned
- Insert and tighten four M2x9mm screws from the bottom
- Connect all of the internal wiring and manage cables (loop them under the SMA tails so they are pushed down)
- Put on the lid
- (Optional) Use the original screws to screw on the lid
- (Alternatively) Use some hot glue to glue down the lid (easy to remove using isopropyl alcohol)
