Description
I designed this replacement louver because the original one in my Nissan Elgrand went missing, and finding a spare part was nearly impossible.
Unlike the original factory part, this is a fixed-piece design. The individual horizontal slats do not tilt independently. However, the entire unit is designed to friction-fit perfectly into the vent housing. You can still manually adjust the airflow direction by pivoting the entire printed piece within the vent frame.
It’s a simple, functional, and sturdy fix for a common problem in Elgrand interiors.
Important Printing & Material Notes
• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS is highly recommended.
• Warning: Do NOT use PLA. Car interiors can reach temperatures well above 60°C (140°F) in the sun, which will cause PLA parts to warp or melt.
• Orientation: For the best surface finish and strength, I recommend printing it on its side or standing up with a brim, depending on your support preferences.

• Supports: Minimal supports may be needed for the outer tabs.
