Description

This is the Rugged Container for the Kepswin 49800 mAh Portable Phone Charger. It is and inexpensive ($24.00) power bank that my family has purchased 4 times in 2025. At this size, I am able to charge my phone 6 + times without recharging the charger. Here's the LINK if you are interested. The box can also be used for many other things. *this is not an affiliate link.

Interior Measurements

  • 32mm Height
  • 70mm Width
  • 144.5mm Length

Filaments

I used Prusament Orange and Black PETG filaments. I recommend PETG filament to maintain rigidity and to be waterproof (when using the provided gaskets).

  • PETG - 4 Walls, 20% Gyroid Infill
  • TPU - 4 Walls, 20% Gyroid Infill

I've also added and 2 extra TPU pads for the ultimate fit, only one is needed. They come in Basic and Honeycomb shapes that I use for the bottom lining of the case.. The TPU I used is 95A.

Parts Required

  • M3x30mm Hex socket head bolts Amazon link
  • M3x.5 nylon insert lock nuts Amazon link
  • These are not affiliate accounts.

Assembly

This is pretty straight forward, and the photos will show you which direction to install the bolts. I used locking nuts to get a secure "locking" fit.
