Description

First rendition of an idea I've had a long time as a curly haired person.  Took rough measurements of my random drugstore “Elite” Denman-styled brush and went to town, trying to replicate the Bounce Curl Brush edges (since it's not purchaseable in any stores near me). Printed with PETG, because it's what was on the printer at the time. Probably works fine with PLA as well. Everything about this design was roughly estimated and eyeballed, printed on A1 mini with only thoughts and prayers. Will edit the file in the future to better fit the brush and maybe experiment with creating the top part as well.

Offset between the bristles is 5mm on one side and 10mm on the other. Added top picture of the hairbrush it was based on. Once I figure out how to add the fusion file, you can tinker to fit whatever your needs are. Clip height 80mm and width about 35mm

Does it work, though?

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Haven't tested yet. I'm a bit concerned about the layer lines and don't have the real brush to compare the effectiveness.
