Alloy Wheel Clock – A 3D Printed Clock Inspired by an Alloy Wheel
This 3D model transforms an automotive wheel into an elegant wall clock.
The entire project was modeled from scratch in Fusion 360, with particular attention to details and mechanical tolerances, to ensure precise assembly and clean printing.
What the Project Includes
- Complete clock STL files
- Two dedicated print profiles (Bambu Studio):
- Specific profile for the BambuLab Clock Components Kit-001
Compatible with the original BambuLab mechanical assembly, pre-calibrated for perfect tolerances. - Profile for generic clock mechanisms (non-BambuLab)
Suitable for common quartz movements found online or in hobby stores.

Model Features
- Realistic design inspired by multi-spoke automotive wheels
- Robust structure optimized for FDM printing
- No supports needed
- Simple assembly
- Available in two versions for different clock mechanisms
Print Settings Recommendations
- Material: PLA or PLA+
- Recommended layer height: 0.16–0.20 mm
- Infill 15–20% (grid or gyroid)
- Print entirely without supports
