Yepp Mini Buckle
Print Profile(1)

Description
After one half of the buckle of our Thule Yepp Mini broke apart, we quickly realized that replacements are no longer available for purchase. Also I was suprised that I could not find any 3D models online. So I tried my luck at making my own.
I built this in Onshape, which I haven't been using for a long time. Turned out to be the right tool for the job, but my lack of experience with it definitely shows in the end result. So it would be great if anybody wants to go over the file and smooth out the odd bits (the model is called Yepp Buckle in Onshape).
My model uses a different spring mechanism for the snappy part, since the original design created a weak point in the 3D print.
Printed in Bambu PETG translucent, with the 0.2mm strenght presets and slim tree supports.
I have been using it for about 2 weeks, and so far it works really well.
Hope this helps keeping a couple of child seats from being thrown out :)
