Photo studio with background lights
Print Profile(0)
Description
A photography studio designed to take up minimal space and cost as little as possible.
Total cost: Around 20 €
Joints printed with a Ender 3 and the LED frame with a Anycubic Kobra Neo.
Special thanks to DannyGi for the photography tips.
UPDATE: I added a new type of clip so that you can put fabrics or tablecloths, and thus be able to take photographs without having to find large cardboard. In any case, I recommend having a piece of cardboard behind the tablecloth or fabric to add more rigidity and make the photographs turn out better.
You'll need:
20 mm PVC pipes (6 meters if you want to make the same photo studio as me)
17 x M3 x 10 mm flat head screws
Used printing parameters - Joints
0.24 layer height
3 top layers
3 bottom layers
3 wall layers
15 % infill (gyroid)
Note: Look at the images to see how it prints for a better fit between the tube and the joint
Used printing parameters - Lights
0.24 layer height
3 top layers
3 bottom layers
3 wall layers
25 % infill (gyroid)
Note: I recommend sanding the edges to eliminate seams and make the assembly of the frames with the joints as simple as possible. Screws on the back of the unions are use to tighten the joints to the pipes.
Used printing parameters - Clips
0.20 layer height - ALL perimeters
Note: Cable clips might not work. It was a cool idea and looks nice, but, tape works better
Material:
Smartfil PLA Ivory White (any PLA would work just fine)
Notes:
Holes are for M3 screws. They fit perfectly, but if you plan to assemble and disassemble it a lot, I recommend enlarging the hole and using inserts.
Photos taken with a Xiaomi POCO M5. By all means, i'm not a professional photographer, just someone who want to take product photos the best he can.
