Pants have to be glewed to the corpse. 
If you want to make single joints of moveable parts tighter, put on some glue, insert part, move a bit, remove part and wait to dry. So the tolerances shrink. Repeat, if tolerances are still too wide. 
Another possibility for tightening single moveable parts is to wrap around some fabric tape or other tapes.
