Filament Length Cutting Jig for Pro Cutter

This add-on is based on the excellent “Pro Cutter for Filament and PTFE Tubing” by Viltsu.
I really admire the simplicity, printability, and cutting quality of Viltsu’s original design — it’s a clever tool that makes use of the spare parts included with Bambu Lab printers.

To build on that idea, I created a small jig attachment that works with the cutter and allows users to cut filament into precise, repeatable lengths. This is especially handy if you need short filament pins.

• Cutting range: 2 mm (minimum) to 10 mm (maximum) in the base design.
• Customizable index: The cutting length markers are adjustable through the web customization tool, so you can extend the range if you need longer pins.
• Source file included: As always, I’ve attached the original Fusion 360 file to make remixing and further modification easy.
• Print tip: For the clearest and most accurate index markings, I recommend slicing at 0.08 mm layer height.

Thanks again to Viltsu for the inspiring original design — this little jig is just my way of extending its usefulness!
