Lathe Chuck Key Backsplash Mount

This chuck key holder is designed for my Precision Matthews PM-1022V/1030V lathe. It is designed to fit over any lathe backsplash that has a lip that's around 15.5x15.6mm or smaller. There is an added integral spring clip system that I adjusted to give the right amount of tension to prevent sliding on the backsplash, but a smaller backsplash may be less effective. 

Two versions of the holder are provided. One that is designed to fit a 19-20mm Cuck Key and the other a 13-14mm chuck key. 

I printed in PETG and already accounted for shrinkage. So if you choose to print in PLA keep in mind that the fit may be a bit looser. And removal of the holder from your backsplash will probably break the PLA latch. So I recommend PETG.

Use 35% Gyroid Infill. .20mm layer height.
