Description

Minimalistic PETG case for the OpenDTU Fusion board, designed without HAT support. Features dual antenna cutouts, removable lid, rubber foot mounts

I couldn't find a simple case for my OpenDTU Fusion board without display and HAT support and with external SMA antennas. So i decided to design this one.

Features:

  • two cutouts for external SMA antennas
  • board fastend with M3x4 socket head cap screws
  • screwable lid with M3x6 countersunk screws
  • mounting holes for 8mm rubber feet (3M Bumpons) - LINK(*)
  • designed for M3S heat-set inserts - LINK(*)
  • textured outer surface with fuzzy skin painting tool in Bambu Studio

Printing details:

  • Printed in Bambu Lab PETG for strength and heat resistance
  • If you don't like the text or the fuzzy skin feel free to remove it in the slicer.

Notes:

  • Be careful when inserting the heat-set inserts for the board. There is little space between the corner and your soldering iron. I did not had any problems and the only surface touching the walls was the colder upper part of my iron.
