Servo nozzle wiper for hotends that cannot move off the print bed

     For machines where the nozzle cannot move off the print bed, multi-color purging is a headache. Ordinary servo wipers move the wiper into the bed for color changes via a swing arm, but the user experience is limited.

     This wiper combines wiping and material discharge, compatible with both PTFE tube wipers and silicone wipers.

     Materials:

               1. Servo: 996R Servo

               2. Adapter plate: 996R servo comes with a circular adapter plate

               Screws:

                           M2*8 x 2     (for fixing shafts on both sides of the baffle)

                           M2*14 x 14  (for fixing servo, bracket, and discharge module)

                          M2*8 x 4        (for fixing adapter plate and wiper body)

                          M3*6 x 1          (for fixing wiper spring plate)

                          M3*10 x 3   + T-nut     (for fixing the bracket to the frame)

         After installation, you can apply aluminum foil tape or spray Teflon spray on the inner wall of the waste bucket to prevent material from sticking to the inner wall during purging.

         Both the PTFE wiper and silicone wiper have reserved installation positions, and can also be installed together, use as needed.

         There is a gravity-actuated baffle on the back. When the wiper is lowered, it automatically blocks the waste material to help it form. When the wiper is retracted, the baffle automatically retracts due to gravity, and the waste material is discharged along the pipe.
