OpenGrid Desk Mounting Clamp

I wanted a way to directly mount OpenGrid to my desk, so made this.
It's designed for my desk, so I've added the STEP file in case you want to adjust it to your own dimensions.
I put 2 snaps per clamp for a stronger hold.

Note When Printing:

• When you print the parts, try to fully screw the screw into the clamp once before attaching it to the desk, it might need some force. After that it should move more smoothly.
• I've tested this using PETG.

Note for STEP File:

• The screw is a perfect fit into the clamp in the STEP file. I had to shrink it to 95% when printing for tolerances.

Edit (2026-04-01):

• I've added a 45mm and 50mm version in the STL files. The screw is already scaled for these.
• I've added a print pofile for the 45mm version
