Description
A playful key cover designed to look like a classic Zippo lighter, complete with a hinged lid that flips open to reveal your key. The compact casing gives a stylish, retro vibe while protecting your key from scratching your items and adding a unique twist to your everyday carry.
You will need filament to use on the hinge joint.
Since there are so many key sizes out there, I tried to make an option that everyone has and can easily be customized. The option: Filament
Size up the key and get one filament square up to the corner
Pushing it to one corner and holding the middle at the base of the key, then curve it towards the other corner
Cut right at the corner where it will square off
Tuck both corners with the filament and it should hold in place
Push the key down and if needed hold the filament in place
Done right, the filament will spring tightly and the key will hold in place firmly
Works with rounded keys too
Close up both key cover and slide in to the slot, *NOTE* that the snap fit dimple will be facing away from the hinge.
