I designed a cable box/plug box for myself here to protect the connection between the CEE adapter and the cable reel from rain while camping
The box is not 100% waterproof, but it is well shielded from rain. One side has a 10mm opening, the other 12mm
I printed this in ABS, ASA, and PETG is also recommended
I secured it with the following hook-and-loop fastener
