When the screen door hinge on my garage entry broke and I saw the overpriced replacements at Home Depot, I knew it was time to design my own. This custom hinge is optimized for 3D printing:
- 🧩 Single-Piece Print-in-Place Design – No assembly required, just print and install…errr, you will still need to install it though ;)
- 🧵 Minimal Material Use – Lightweight yet sturdy, ideal for efficient PETG printing
- 🔁 Perfect Fit – Matches standard screen door, seamlessly replaces the original hinge
- 🎨 Color Options – Compatible with AMS for clean dual-color prints, or single-color if preferred
