100mm Magnetic Window Screen Exhaust Port

Currently, the exhaust ports available online place magnets behind the material, which severely reduces magnetic force and prevents stable use, especially in windy and rainy conditions, posing a risk of falling off.

Therefore, this design features magnets on both sides separated only by the window screen, and uses larger area magnets to ensure stability.

Suitable for 100mm hoses.

Uses 16 pieces of 50mm long * 10mm wide * 2mm high sheet magnets. Ordinary neodymium magnets are sufficient; high-grade N52 magnets are not required.

During actual assembly, it was found that the holes were too large, so glue must be used to secure the magnets to the printed part. Note that you should first glue one magnet on each side, and after it's secure, then glue the other magnet on the same side. Otherwise, the two magnets on the same side will attract each other.
