Welding Robot with Fully Printed Enclosure – All Components from the 3D Printer, Fully Functional Without Additional Aids
I have independently developed an industrial welding robot complete with a closed enclosure – all mechanically relevant components were exclusively produced using the FDM/FFF 3D printing method. The entire parts are made of PLA, requiring no additional materials or external components.
Particularly practical: All parts are pre-sorted into logically separate assemblies. An AMS is therefore superfluous. Assembly can commence directly with the assembly instructions.
