Description

This project replaces the original gear shift knob of a Peugeot 807 with a fully 3D printed, customizable version. It includes a TPU adapter that fits perfectly on the OEM splined shaft and a 6-speed cap for a clean, OEM-style finish.

The parts can be printed in PETG; however, for better temperature resistance, I used ASA carbon fiber for the main body and TPU for the cap connector to improve handling comfort.

The assembly is intended to be replaced as a whole, but if any part of your original shifter is broken, you can also print and replace individual components.

It includes the displaceable lever for reverse gear, and two versions are available: one for 5-speed and one for 6-speed configurations.

OEM parts are no longer available, so I hope this helps!

It's perfect I'm not giving it 5 stars because it wasn't a snug fit and it kept slipping out, but after scaling it to 99% on the x and y axes, it fit better (in my case I used epoxy to keep it from moving)
