Summary

This insert features 2 player trays that hold setup pieces, 3 token/resource trays, 4 card trays.

Special Notes

Two card trays hold the base cards and the other 2 card trays hold the expansion cards. I find it works best to keep the Tribe cards in one tray and the rest in the other.

 

If you don't have the GeekUp Bit set, the first player marker won't fit, so just put it in the spacer tray.

I'm not sure if this is a version issue, but this insert is a very tight fit in my German version of the game. It's so tight that the sides of the box are bulging out, and it is very difficult to get some of the trays back out. A few suggestions for improvement: Start Player Token: It would be great if there was an alternative version of that specific tray designed for the standard cardboard start player marker instead of just the deluxe version. Card Trays: I don't quite understand the layout or count of the card trays. There aren't enough slots to properly separate the base game from the expansion, meaning you have to mix card types in the same trays to fit everything. Additionally, the trays aren't clearly marked to help differentiate between base game and expansion content. Maybe you could look into adjusting the tolerances slightly or offering a small update? Thanks for the design!

Yeah, the German version you have must be a different sized box. Sorry! The start player token goes in the spacer tray if you have the cardboard version. I don't have it, so I can't make any custom shaped tray for it. There are 4 card trays, 2 for the base game and 2 for the expansion. I painted the top of the two expansion trays for a visual indicator by using a different filament color. You can see this in the photos. Optional, but I thought it was worth it. While I won't be making any modifications to this insert, you may find some luck with just splitting off some of the outer walls off the trays using the cut feature in your slicer.

Fantastic print. Wish the gold holder was a little larger to hold non deluxe components, but works great for deluxe.

Really dig it! FYI, the regular coins won't fit in their slot either, I just put them in thr next layer down.
