Print Profile(1)

Description
This modular keder strip is ideal for repairing or replacing the lower trim on caravans – e.g. for attaching tarpaulins or decorative strips.
The print file contains:
- left end piece (20 mm x 41 mm)
- right end piece (20 mm x 41 mm)
- short center piece (80 mm x 41 mm)
- long center piece (240 mm x 41 mm)
- end caps for neatly closing the screw holes
All parts can be assembled tightly and seamlessly to flexibly build longer strips. The shape is precisely matched to common caravans and can be mounted directly.
Printing recommendation:
- Material: PETG
- Why PETG? It is UV-resistant, temperature-resistant, waterproof and more break-resistant than PLA – ideal for outdoor use on caravans.
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 30–50 %
- Support: Not necessary
Assembly:
The strips are screwed on directly with 4.5 x 30 mm chipboard screws (e.g. T25 Torx). The screw holes are countersunk and can be closed with the included end caps – for a clean and weatherproof look.
