Cabinet/Telecommunication cabinet door gap heat dissipation air guide slot
Print Profile(4)

Description
An air guide slot that utilizes the gap between cabinet doors for heat dissipation, with a wall thickness of 2mm. The external dimensions of the air inlet are 28mm*57mm, suitable for the turbo fan model shown in the figure; I am unsure if the dimensions are consistent for other models. The external dimensions of the outlet are 490mm*7mm, so the width of the outlet is 3mm, which is approximately the same as the width of the gap in my door.
It is too tall, so it is divided into two parts for printing and needs to be glued together after printing. It is best to seal the joint between the air inlet and the turbo fan with hot melt adhesive as well, otherwise, there will be air leakage.
It is best to buy a four-wire PWM fan and a PWM fan speed controller, which can automatically adjust the fan speed according to the internal cabinet temperature. My personal test shows that at a room temperature of around 26 degrees, the fan speed is maintained at 30%, relatively quiet, and the cabinet temperature is maintained at around 31 degrees. Before installing the fan, it was approximately 36 degrees, a reduction of approximately 5 degrees, which is quite satisfactory.
