Description
This is my Vinyl Record Frame for Vinyl Frame Covers with the dimensions (maximum) 31,6mm x 31,6mm x 9mm / 5mm
The 5mm Variant is designed for single Records
The 9mm Variant is designed for thicker Covers with 2 Vinyl Discs for example
Choose the Size that fits your Cover best
Variants:
- Rounded corners / Square corners
- Max 9mm Vinyl Height / Max 5mm Vinyl Height
Printing:
- you need to print the 4 corner pieces and 4 of the connectors and 2 of the rotary locks
- I printed it with 0.2mm layer height, 8% Infill, no supports, 2 walls
Assembly:
- Arrange the 4 corner pieces correctly, laying them flat on the ground
- press the connectors into the holes - you have to apply some force (dont be afraid to damage it, it has tight tolerances for stability, best you take a flat hard object to press it in, otherwise your finger will hurt)
- also put the rotary locks onto the holes and with some pressure clip them into the holes.
- you can hang the frame with help of the 2 nail holes in the top corners or the indent in the top center. Or simply set it up like this
